Art. 1 – We are committed to welcoming you on the scheduled day of your arrival and do everything to make your stay more enjoyable. The customer is invited to inform us, at the latest the day before, of his arrival time’ at Mas de Mougins.
Art. 2 – Conclusion of contract – The reservation becomes effective as soon as the customer has sent the owner a deposit. The payment of this deposit leads to the acceptance of the general conditions, in particular the’ article 4.
Art. 3 – Payment of the balance : The balance is to be paid on arrival at the owner. Payment can be’ by credit card, cash, check.
Art. 4 – Annulation par le client :
a) Case of’cancellation
The customer can cancel his reservation free of charge until 30 days before the’ arrival. The customer must pay the amount of the first night s’il cancels within 30 days before the’ arrival
We advise you an insurance of expenses of’annulation at your agent of’assurances
b) If on the day of arrival, the owner does NOT’a of’information on the approximate schedule of the customer and without possibility to reach it, the present contract becomes null and the owner can dispose of his rooms of’ hosts. L’account remains acquired to the owner who reserves the right to claim the balance of the price of the’accommodation.
c) En cas de séjour écourté, le prix correspondant au coût du séjour reste intégralement acquis au propriétaire.
Art. 5 – Cancellation by owner :
Lorsqu’ avant le début du séjour, le propriétaire annule ce séjour, il doit informer le client par email avec retour de bonne réception de la part du client. Le client sera remboursé immédiatement des sommes versées.
Art. 6 – Arrival : The customer must show up on the specified day and at the times agreed with the owner. In case of late or delayed arrival, the customer must notify the owner, at the latest the day before his arrival.
Art. 7 – Use of places : The customer must respect the peaceful nature of the place and make use of it in accordance with their destination. He’commits to make the rooms in good condition.
In case of’ damage, the client undertakes to reimburse the costs incurred. Parents must take care of their children and not let them go alone in the pool.
Art. 8 – Capacity : This contract is established for a specific number of persons. If the number of customers exceeds this number, the owner is able to refuse additional customers, so that’in case of departure of the customer, the, no refund will be possible and the entire balance will be due.
