Art. 1 \u2013<\/strong> We are committed to welcoming you on the scheduled day of your arrival and do everything to make your stay more enjoyable. The customer is invited to inform us, at the latest the day before, of his arrival time\u2019 at Mas de Mougins.<\/p>\n

Art. 2 \u2013 <\/strong>Conclusion of contract \u2013 The reservation becomes effective as soon as the customer has sent the owner a deposit. The payment of this deposit leads to the acceptance of the general conditions, in particular the\u2019 article 4.<\/p>\n

Art. 3 \u2013<\/strong> Payment of the balance : The balance is to be paid on arrival at the owner. Payment can be\u2019 by credit card, cash, check.<\/p>\n

Art. 4 \u2013 Annulation par le client :<\/strong>
a) Case of\u2019cancellation
The customer can cancel his reservation free of charge until 30 days before the\u2019 arrival. The customer must pay the amount of the first night s\u2019il cancels within 30 days before the\u2019 arrival
We advise you an insurance of expenses of\u2019annulation at your agent of\u2019assurances
b) If on the day of arrival, the owner does NOT\u2019a of\u2019information on the approximate schedule of the customer and without possibility to reach it, the present contract becomes null and the owner can dispose of his rooms of\u2019 hosts. L\u2019account remains acquired to the owner who reserves the right to claim the balance of the price of the\u2019accommodation.
c) En cas de s\u00e9jour \u00e9court\u00e9, le prix correspondant au co\u00fbt du s\u00e9jour reste int\u00e9gralement acquis au propri\u00e9taire.<\/p>\n

Art. 5 \u2013 Cancellation by owner :<\/strong>
Lorsqu\u2019 avant le d\u00e9but du s\u00e9jour, le propri\u00e9taire annule ce s\u00e9jour, il doit informer le client par email avec retour de bonne r\u00e9ception de la part du client. Le client sera rembours\u00e9 imm\u00e9diatement des sommes vers\u00e9es.<\/p>\n

Art. 6 \u2013 Arrival :<\/strong> The customer must show up on the specified day and at the times agreed with the owner. In case of late or delayed arrival, the customer must notify the owner, at the latest the day before his arrival.<\/p>\n

Art. 7 \u2013 Use of places :<\/strong> The customer must respect the peaceful nature of the place and make use of it in accordance with their destination. He\u2019commits to make the rooms in good condition.<\/strong>
In case of\u2019 damage, the client undertakes to reimburse the costs incurred. Parents must take care of their children and not let them go alone in the pool.<\/p>\n

Art. 8 \u2013 Capacity :<\/strong> This contract is established for a specific number of persons. If the number of customers exceeds this number, the owner is able to refuse additional customers, so that\u2019in case of departure of the customer, the, no refund will be possible and the entire balance will be due.<\/p>\n

Art. 9 \u2013 RGPD : <\/b>Vos demandes sont susceptibles d\u2019\u00eatre transf\u00e9r\u00e9es \u00e0 Riviera Guest si nous n\u2019avons pas de disponibilit\u00e9s. Merci de nous informer si vous ne souhaitez pas de transfert de mail.<\/p>\n

Art. 10 \u2013 Politique de confidentialit\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n

Le Mas de Mougins is COMMITTED to protecting your privacy and protecting your personal information.<\/p>\n

We only collect information about you that we consider necessary. Personally identifiable information is obtained only at the time of booking.
We may also occasionally use third party platforms to better target our online advertising. The main platforms used are Facebook, Instagram and Google.<\/p>\n

We may also collect email addresses for the purpose of communicating with past, present and future customers.
